JP&A'S MEDIATION FEES

Unless they agree otherwise, JP&A requests that the parties share:

• the cost of its hourly rate, which ranges from $300 to $500, depending on the complexity of the case; and

• its long distance telephone and travel expenses, if any.

Parties who are jointly represented are treated as one party for purposes of apportioning JP&A’s fee.
